About Us
Sinking Creek Whitetails is owned and operated by Mike Suttle.
Mike is a fourth generation cattle farmer, internationally renowned police dog trainer, and United States Marine Corps veteran with seven tours to Afghanistan.
Mike has been studying the deer farming industry since 2006 and has owned a licensed Whitetail deer and elk conservation facility since 2021. Mike grew up as an avid hunter and outdoorsman on his family property and has been passionate about deer and elk for over 50 years.
Mike's other half, Megan Pakradooni, has been involved with animals in various capacities her entire life.
Megan has been training horses and teaching riding lessons for over 20 years. She also now breeds, raises, and trains dogs professionally.
Megan worked at an equine breeding facility for several years and has been breeding dogs for over 15 years. She is well-versed in basic veterinary care and has spent much of her life working to better understand the nuances of breeding, gestation, and birth as well as how to better care for animals from a variety of species during the neonatal and pre-weaning stages.
Megan is in charge of bottle feeding and care for our fawns each summer and also handles all of the administrative tasks for the farm.
